The INTO Centre
INTO Manchester is an independent International Study Centre located in the heart of one of the most popular student cities in the world.
Working in partnership with The University of Manchester, the Centre’s International Foundation programme offers an exclusive pathway to a wide range of undergraduate degrees at The University of Manchester. For students who do not meet the English language requirements for entry to the International Foundation programme, the Centre also offers an INTO English course to prepare you for entry to the International Foundation programme.
Teaching facilities
The INTO Manchester Centre is located in Bridgewater House, an impressive Victorian building within walking distance of both the city centre and The University of Manchester. Within the Centre, you will benefit from excellent facilities including a well-equipped library and learning centre, computing suites with free internet access, an admissions and accommodation office, as well as a café where you can relax and meet up with friends after class.
Access to university facilities
As a candidate on The University of Manchester programme, you will have access to the University’s John Rylands Library and excellent sports facilities. As part of your application to The University of Manchester, you will also be invited to undertake visits to the University for activities such as departmental tours and open days, where you will be able to meet current students.

Residential facilities
Students studying at INTO Manchester will have the option of living in residential accommodation or in carefully selected homestay accommodation. The residential accommodation is located within a 5 to 10-minute walk of the Centre and offers a vibrant student community where students live and learn together.

INTO Care begins when you are still in your home country and continues throughout your studies at the Centre – from helping you with your application, offering an airport pick-up service, providing a comprehensive orientation programme on arrival and offering an on-going social activity programme – the student service team provides a support network that ensures you can focus on your studies and enjoy student life.
